0.9 bet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 0.9 bet platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your 0.9 bet account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use false information, a pseudonym, or another person's details when registering.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

All transactions on the 0.9 bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. No currency conversion fees are applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 0.9 bet account in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. 0.9 bet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within an average of five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your 0.9 bet account.

• 0.9 bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for security, fraud, or bonus abuse concerns.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method before alternative withdrawal options are made available.
• 0.9 bet does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• The platform reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, with notice provided to the affected player.

0.9 bet offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0.9 bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software errors, or any other fraudulent means.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• 0.9 bet is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• 0.9 bet is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach.
• The platform's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 0.9 bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
